Woodhill Hall is known as the most luxurious wedding venue in Northumberland. So to get such a great couple and have the most amazing guests I was in my element as a wedding photographer on this one. Not even mentioning that the bride and groom have glorious sunshine all day too. One of the great things about Woodhill Hall as a wedding venue is that everything is all in one place. I’m sure some brides and grooms who get married here may choose to have a ceremony elsewhere or perhaps get ready somewhere else. However, you’ll always have the option of doing everything thing here. Including the bride and groom’s preparations.
The light in these rooms that the bride and groom decided to get ready in is just incredible. The rooms are not too big, and not too small and provide the perfect ambience to capture the anticipation of the wedding day in a relaxed and intimate way. I know that any of the best UK wedding photographers would love to shoot at this venue. I hope you enjoy these preparation photos!
This wedding ceremony room at Woodhill Hall is so unique. Known as the Olive House. It has a Mediterranean vibe with a real feel of Santorini in a really classy way. It has beautiful views over the stunning Northumberland countryside. It’s such a beautiful place to marry your best friend. It has an incredible stone fireplace that the wedding venue staff will gladly let you style it however you want. This gives you a great backdrop for your Woodhill Hall Wedding Photos. The high ceilings with the floral chandeliers look so good and make you feel like you could be overseas.

Here you can see some candid wedding photos I’ve taken throughout the wedding here at Woodhill. Well, that is aside from the large group photo that the newlyweds requested from me. When it comes to booking me as your wedding photographer I often ask if there is anything specific you would like from your wedding photography. Most of the time couples ask me to just do my thing and capture everything as natural and organic as possible. Though I’m always open to special requests etc on your wedding day.

The light in the orangery here at Woodhill is so nice. It makes it so good to make beautiful wedding photos here. The tipi they have out the back makes for an excellent place for a party at the end of a wedding. Intimate enough for you to feel all of the energy in the room. Though is also spacious enough for you to have a bit of space if you need it.
