Lake District Styled Photoshoot

The Lake District is not only just one of the most incredible places in the UK, its one of the most beautiful places in the world. Not surprisingly its why so many brides and grooms come here from around the globe to have their weddings. As a Lake District Wedding Photographer I’m incredibly lucky to photograph weddings here so often.

Thats why when I was asked to be part of this Lake District Styled shoot I was delighted. I don’t need much persuading to shoot here.

I was first approached by Lucy’s catering in Ambleside. We had worked together on Clare and Richards wedding at New House Farm near Cockermouth. We got on really well and Lucy asked if I’d be interested in setting up a shoot at a new venue. Like I said i don’t need much of an excuse to be shooting in the lakes so agreed and that led to the work you see below.

The wedding venue is Staveley Park Barn. Its in Staveley which is just north of Kendal and not too far east of Lake Windermere. It’s a stunning and idillic location and will stand amongst all other outdoor wedding venues in the lake district with incredible amounts off potential to make any wedding a dream day.
