Cyprus Love
Why I Love This Wedding Photo
Looking back on all of my weddings that i’ve been lucky enough photograph. I don’t think I could ever choose a favourite. I love all of my couples and their wedding guests. Connecting with them helps me make the most out of my work and give them images that create a relaxed, comfortable and canid feel to them.
One wedding I was quite fond of was this one for Jo and Matt after they invited me over as their Cyprus Wedding Photographer. Although the wedding was amazing another reason I loved this wedding was because I actually lived in Cyprus for 4 years. Its a place quite close to my heart and a place I know well.
The Wedding Photo
Moving onto this image and why love it. I love this because although I love to make nice portraits of my couples I made this on the way to making some portraits with Jo and Matt. I like to think it shows a real connection between the two of them.
This Cyprus Beach Wedding was at the Penera Blue Waters resort in Protaras near Famagusta. Just near to the venue I spotted these rocks and wanted to head on over to get some nice Cypriot looking images of the two of them. This is when I caught this moment of the two of them.
As destination wedding photographers travel around the world to some of the most beautiful locations. A lot of the time the most amazing photos can happen in-between moving around the most beautiful places.
I have a couple more weddings in Cyprus coming up soon and I can’t wait to get back to my home away from home and shoot here again. I’m not surprised why so many couples find reasons for a Cyprus Destination Wedding.
I hope you like this image from one of my Cyprus Weddings and hope you enjoy more of these images from my “Why I Love This Photo” series. You can find more of them from weddings around the world by looking through my blog.
